There were nearly a quarter of all home sales in 2017 in New York.

And it’s a lot harder to build a house there than in the rest of the state.

And since the start of the housing boom, it has only gotten worse, says John Tully, the president of the association.

As a result, the housing sector has been more vulnerable to downturns than it has been in other parts of the country.

In New Jersey specifically, there was a $4 billion shortfall in available affordable housing units in 2016.

And just in the last three years, there has been only about a 20 percent increase in the availability of affordable housing in New Jerseys.

In the past, New Jersey had a housing market that was mostly focused on helping the wealthy, and it was also relatively affordable, says Tully.

The real estate crisis, however, has left the region much more vulnerable, he says.

In the last two years, the city’s population has dropped by more that 1 million people.

And more than 1.8 million people have left the area in the span of just three years.
